Spa Ambiance
For everyone’s relaxation, please mute cellphones and keep conversations at a low volume within our spa.
During Your Session
Your comfort matters. If you’d like any adjustments—whether it’s the room temperature, music volume, or treatment intensity—just let us know.
Personal Items
We recommend leaving valuables like jewelry at home. SJ Wellness Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Attire
Wear whatever you’re comfortable in. Before treatments, you can undress to your comfort level. For those using our facilities, robes and slippers are available.
Your Appointment Duration
Your appointment time includes dressing, undressing, consultation, and aftercare advice.
Your Arrival
To make the most of your session, please arrive 15 minutes early. If you’re running late, give us a call. Late arrivals might have shorter sessions, but the full fee will still apply.
Appointment Modifications
Please give 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a 50% of the services fee. No-shows will be charged the full service amount. If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment or shorten the time of the service.
Gift Cards
Our gift cards are non-refundable and can only be used at the location of purchase. They don’t cover gratuity. Show your card when you arrive or expect to be charged the full session rate.
Packages
Our spa packages are non-refundable and exclude tips. But you can share your package sessions.
Payment Methods
We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards—Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. A credit card is needed to book your appointment.
Medical services for scalp or skin conditions are not included, please see a physician for those services. Our head spa services are for cleaning and relaxation.
